depending on the size, age, and condition of the property.

When do I receive my report? You will receive your report on-site at the conclusion of the inspection, unless you prefer it via the
internet or Fax.

Should I be there? Yes!! We Strongly encourage the client to be present for the walk through at the end of the inspection. By being
present, you will have a much better understanding of your new home and the report.

What if I have a question after the inspection? Call

Do you do septic inspections? No. That is better left to a professional septic service as the tank needs to be pumped to be
properly inspected.

When are you available? We schedule inspections at your convenience, 7 days a week as long as there is enough daylight. Please
call to schedule your appointment as soon as possible, first come first served.

When do I pay? Payment is due upon completion of the inspection. A personal check is OK.
